A critical underground steam vault required a complete equipment overhaul including valves, traps, strainers, and instrumentation.
The Challenge
The vault's equipment had reached end of life, with corroded valves, failed steam traps, and inaccurate pressure instrumentation creating an unsafe and inefficient operating condition.
Our Solution
RJM provided a turnkey equipment package including control valves, isolation butterfly valves, replacement steam traps, pipeline strainers, and new pressure and temperature gauges.
The Result
Restored the vault to full operating capability with modern, reliable equipment that improved safety conditions and steam system efficiency.
