The Challenge
Aging butterfly valves and control valves were causing leaks and unreliable flow control, threatening the plant's ability to meet tightened EPA discharge limits.
Our Solution
RJM provided a complete valve replacement package including Zwick triple-offset butterfly valves for isolation service and Eaton self-cleaning automated filters for the final treatment stage.
The Result
The facility achieved full compliance with new discharge requirements, eliminated valve leakage, and reduced operator intervention by automating the filtration backwash cycle.
